What is Endermology?

Endermology is a non-invasive mechanical massage technique that uses a specialized device to stimulate the skin and underlying tissues. This stimulation, also known as mechano-stimulation, helps to reactivate cellular activity, improving skin firmness, reducing cellulite, and enhancing body contouring.

How Endermology Wroks?

1: Mechanical Stimulation:

  • The Endermologie device features motorized rollers and suction that gently lift and massage the skin.
  • This process mobilizes the skin and subcutaneous fat layer, increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

2: Cellular Activation:

The mechanical stimulation triggers various physiological responses, including:

Lipolysis:The breakdown of stored fat in fat cells.

Collagen and Elastin Production:Enhances skin firmness and elasticity.

Circulation Improvement: Increases blood flow and lymphatic drainage, promoting the removal of toxins and waste products.

3: Targeted Areas:

Endermologie can be used on the face and body to address concerns such as cellulite, wrinkles, sagging skin, and localized fat deposits.

The treatment head can be adjusted to target specific areas and therapeutic goals.

4: Non-Invasive and Natural:

  • Endermologie is a non-invasive and natural approach to body sculpting and skin rejuvenation, relying on the body’s own natural processes.
  • It can be a complementary therapy to other cosmetic treatments or a standalone solution for those seeking a non-surgical approach.

What are the Benefits:

  • Reduced Cellulite:

By stimulating fat breakdown and improving circulation, Endermology can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

  • Improved Skin Texture and Tone:

The stimulation of collagen and elastin production leads to smoother, firmer, and more toned skin.

  • Body Contouring:

Endermologie can help reshape and contour the body by targeting localized fat deposits and improving skin elasticity.

  • Lymphatic Drainage:

The treatment promotes lymphatic drainage, helping to eliminate toxins and excess fluids from the body.

  • Pain Relief:

Endermologie can also be used to relieve muscle soreness and address scar tissue.

Who is Endermology for?

  • Those with cellulite:

Endermologie targets cellulite at the skin’s deeper layers, stimulating circulation and fat metabolism to smooth out the dimpled appearance.

  • Individuals with loose or sagging skin:

The treatment can help improve skin elasticity and firmness by stimulating collagen and elastin production, leading to a more toned appearance.

  • People with circulation problems:

Endermologie enhances blood and lymph circulation, which can alleviate symptoms of poor circulation, like swelling and heaviness.

  • Those looking to contour their body:

By targeting localized fat deposits, the treatment can help reshape and refine the body’s contours.

  • Individuals seeking a non-invasive solution:

Endermologie is a non-surgical and painless procedure, making it a popular alternative to more invasive treatments.

  • Those looking for a relaxing massage:

The treatment provides a deep tissue massage that can be both therapeutic and relaxing.

It’s important to note that while generally safe, Endermologie may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain medical conditions, such as blood clots or varicose veins, should consult with our professional before undergoing the treatment.

What to Expect?

Consultation– You’ll meet with one of our experienced estheticians to discuss your goals, review your medical history, and make a treatment plan.

Before the Treatment– Drink plenty of water, avoid sugary drinks and alcohol, maintain a healthy diet, and consider light exercise like walking to activate the lymphatic system. We will provide a lightweight bodysuit during the treatment for hygiene and comfort.

How does the Treatment feel Like-During an Endermologie treatment, most people feel a pleasant, deep tissue massage sensation. The intensity of the massage can be adjusted to ensure comfort. Some individuals may experience a “cellular awakening” and increased blood circulation after the initial few minutes. The treatment is generally relaxing and may leave the treated area slightly pink, which quickly subsides. Some individuals may have bruise from suction, which is normal and will be gone in a few days.

Treatment time- 50 to 60 minutes

After the Treatment- staying hydrated, maintaining a balanced diet, engaging in light exercise. Avoiding strenuous activities and alcohol/caffeine for a short period after treatment can also be beneficial.

Down time– No, endermologie treatment has no downtime. It is a non-invasive and non-surgical procedure, meaning you can resume your normal activities immediately after a session.

Side Effects– Endermologie treatment has very few and typically mild side effects. The most common side effect is mild bruising in the treated area, which is usually temporary and resolves within a few days. Some individuals may also experience temporary redness or mild soreness. These side effects are generally considered minor and are not a cause for concern.
