What causes sun spot, freckles, rosacea

Sunspots are primarily caused by sun damage and can be a sign of aging.

Freckles are primarily caused by genetics and UV exposure.

The exact cause of rosacea is unknown, but it’s believed to be a combination of genetic predisposition and environmental factors that trigger flare-ups. While not an infection, rosacea involves factors like overactive blood vessels, immune system responses, and potential involvement of microorganisms like Demodex mites and bacteria.
